Plastic Cookie Cutters attempts to ship all products as fast as possible. We have hundreds of products so it can be tough to keep all of them on hand at all times. We will always keep you updated regarding your order.

We use the most economical method possible (typically USPS) to pack and ship our cookie cutters.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund within 3 business days of receipt. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returns. Email us at chrism@webheadinteractive.com for return addresses.
